Currently, R. L. Price Construction has an office staff of twelve people, fifteen field  superintendents, and approximately seventy-five men in the field. We are a “full-service” construction company in the old sense, because we have an extensive  capability to self-perform work that is increasingly rare these days. This capability helps insure the owner of both a quality product and the best price. We also partner with quality subcontractors and will work together to assemble a strong team.

We believe in the team concept and understand how implementation of the team mission will ensure customer satisfaction. In our suggestions, we do not approach a project based on preconceived ideas of a “prototype” solution. We always develop close attention to detail and sensitive awareness to needs within individual departments.

R. L. Price Construction’s experience with Team Build partnerships enables our firm to provide the Owner with the best in pre-construction services. As an active team partner, we strive throughout the project development phase of the project to provide the Owner with increasingly accurate budget figures. We also will serve as an independent control on the development drawings to ensure the best design value and to contain costs within owner requirements as the drawings proceed to actual construction documents. 



An important element of the construction team includes the sub-contractors for the project. At times, sub-contractors are selected early in the process to assist with design and estimating phases. Sub-contractors selected early can be helpful to conduct value engineering analysis.

Another option that an owner often desires is to competitively bid each phase of work. A list of competent sub-contractors are compiled by the team and the selected sub-contractors will bid the project. This results in the owner receiving competitive pricing from quality sub-contractors. The benefits of each method are commonly decided once the core team of Owner, Architect and Contractor are formed.

R.L. Price Construction maintains the resources available to meet the Owner’s schedule at any time. The company has thirteen qualified superintendents working on current projects. We will commit the necessary time to meet the construction schedule. R. L. Price Construction will work with the Owner and Architect to establish an actual construction schedule after the permit is received. We will construct a refined schedule as plans evolve and will give consideration to the time of year that construction will begin.
